All orders will receive an order confirmation email and a separate tracking email at dispatch.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. 

Once the order has been sent, it’s no longer possible to make changes to the shipping address. Please always double-check the address before placing the order.

For re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address or uncollected parcel, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
