No, the great news is you don't need to send your medal.

All we need you to do is let us know what race the medal is from and ideally the width of the lanyard at checkout.

Don't worry if you don't know at the time, we will email you to check after you purchase.

Our frames are designed to easily fit your medal yourself, hassle-free.

Is there a maximum or minimum size medal for this frame?

This frame is a lot smaller than our Showcase Frame, so will only fit medals of a certain size.

We recommend the minimum size of the medal be 30mm wide and maximum size be 60mm wide.

Note: If you chose to use the Mini Frame to frame a 50-60mm medal, you will not see much of the material.
