Return/Refund Policy Finish Line Framing offers full refunds for unopened packages for up to 30 days from date of sale. Clients should call the customer service number at 770-614-9700 to receive a return authorization number and will be responsible for shipping the unopened selection back to us. If you received a product that was damaged or not functioning to proper specifications, please call our customer service number at 770-614-9700. We will discuss whether the entire selection should be returned or if a replacement part will be sent free of charge. Finish Line Framing warranties all frames for 30 days from point of sale for manufacturers defects but does not cover damage as a result of dropping, banging, bending or chipping or glass breakage on behalf of client mishandling.
