Well, we could tell you with confidence that we didn't cut back on quality.  We offer the highest quality product at an affordable price because we took all of the labor intensive and inefficient processes out of the typical custom frameshop model.

 

When an athlete walks into a custom frame shop, the frame shop has to work with that person on an individual basis selecting the frame materials, the matting materials, colors, the layout and then they have to make an individual product for an individual person.  Matting is cut either by hand or by machines but the set-up and cutting process is time intensive on a one-by-one basis.  The custom frame shop then has to make a significant margin as they have a lot of overhead in a storefront, employees and utilities to be in a position to work with individual clients on a custom basis.

 

We've created an entirely different model.  We've turned a labor and time intensive model into a high quality manufacturing model with economies of scale.  Our products were designed with athlete input specifically for athletes desiring to preserve their athletic memorabilia.  We know what needs to be framed and how to make an attractive product.
